Refund Policy

• Additional services such as insurance, hotel reservations, flight bookings, transportation services, Umrah-related services, or other third-party services are prepaid services and may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable depending on the respective service provider's terms and conditions.
• No refund shall be processed if the applicant has submitted another visa application through another service provider, travel agency, sponsor, employer, or government platform that affects the outcome of the application.
• Government decisions, changes in immigration policy, nationality restrictions, additional security checks, or visa refusals are outside our control and shall not entitle the applicant to a refund.
• Service fees, express processing fees, bank charges, payment gateway charges, foreign exchange charges, and transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.
• In case of rejection, refusal, cancellation, or delay by the Saudi authorities, no refund shall be provided for any government fees, service fees, or processing fees already incurred.
• If additional documents are requested by the Saudi authorities and the applicant fails to provide them within the required timeframe, resulting in rejection or cancellation, no refund shall be issued.
• Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 15–20 working days, subject to banking procedures.
